Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
The focus of this position is the management of all automation processes developers' teams and their delivery. Manager, Process Automation Development will be responsible for ensuring that the Automation Development teams are working efficiently, competence development within the team, development standards, and quality. What will make you stand out:
Supervise and improve the fulfillment of all development teams' delivery and quality targets as well as resolution targets related to automation tool-based incidents. Act as Agile Coach to the squads and particularly their team leads/Scrum Masters, ensure adoption and alignment between teams on Scrum framework and constant improvements to delivery process. Development of employees, including ensuring the right compositions, competencies, and joint working foundation. Coordinate ‘Automation Community' learning stream for citizen, federated developers and other interested participants to raise the skill level and awareness about automation.Coordinate alignment on development and quality standards as well as their constant refinement and their technical implementation. Facilitating discovery and implementation of new technical functionality through training and demonstrations. Proficient in English. Team management experience. Analytical thinking and ability to catch the essence of complex problems, requirements, and questions. Natural interest in technology. Awareness of RPA, BPM, Software development, and/or other process optimization tools and products. The Ideal candidate will have Agile scrum framework skills and be familiar with leading Agile teams.5-7 years of related work experience and not less than 2 years of people management experience.

The annual gross base salary from 53,651- 72,562 EUR. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
