Job description:
- Preparation and update airline fleet weight & balance data;
- Coordination that company hard copy documentation is printed out and delivered to A/C in a timely manner;
- Electronic Flight Bag supervision;
- Coordination of all proposed additions, changes or amendments to EFB procedures with VP Flight Operations or his deputy as applicable;
- Reporting of any issues identified to the nominated persons for Flight Operations, Airworthiness, and the Accountable Manager, as applicable;
- Additional duties & responsibilities as instructed by the VP Flight Operations.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Airline Ops systems and processes considered as advantage;
- Knowledge of applicable EFB requirements and regulations considered as advantage;
- Good communication skills;
- High degree of professional / personal flexibility;
- Be fluent in spoken/written English.
