You will join the newly established Remediation Execution Unit within Technology & Services: Strategy Execution & Business Controls. The purpose of the Remediation Execution Unit is to establish a remediation best practice within the Group and grow the execution capabilities behind.

We drive & execute on key Technology & Services initiatives by applying best practices to transform strategy into sustainable results & benefits for the Bank.

In essence, your job will be to lead one of three teams in the newly established unit. You will be responsible for about 8 newly onboarded data analysts/scientists/modellers. Some of them are new to Danske Bank while others know their way around. Common for all is that they are new to this unit, the mission, and each other. Your job will therefore first and foremost be, to establish an environment where collaboration and ownership go hand in hand.

You will collaborate closely with your peers in the Unit, and the three teams will work closely together in creating and executing remediation best practices.

Skills

  • A university degree with a background in mathematics, data science, or similar
  • 2+ years of experience with some of the following data analysis tools: SQL, Excel (including VBA), R, Python, Power BI, Tableau
  • Can present data and technical solutions to the non-technical audience
  • You feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders at any level
  • Preferably team leadership experience, ideally as a manager of global teams
  • High EQ and people skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written) as a team will be distributed across Denmark and Lithuania

Mission

Your responsibilities will primarily, but not exclusive, be:

  • To coach and develop your team members to build and grow expertise in data analytics for remediation projects
  • HR management (time registration, performance review, and other HR related tasks)
  • To model good stakeholder management with a strong focus on good relationship building as you will gain an extensive network across the Danske Bank Group.
  • Supporting the professional development of your team members
  • Drive best practice development for data management and analytics in remediation projects

At the same time, you can communicate progress, status, and overview of your team’s work in a clear and concise manner. You can work with top management and engage in a dialogue with them.

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3720 EUR to 5580 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
