- prepare and implement efficient technological processes of existing and new products;
- prepare, systematize and accumulate technological documents;
- coordinate product specifications and analyse quality&efficiency indicators;
- determine&document the production flow. Set performance standards;
- determine characteristics and consumption norms for raw and packaging materials;
- monitor technological processes in production and support continuous improvement process. Analyse, propose and implement development projects;
- advice and train colleagues.

- high Education in food technology, engineering;
- proven experience in the manufacturing industry;
- creative, proactive, self-driven for constant improvement;
- analytical, accurate, with attention to details;
- good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills;
- working language is Lithuanian and English, both verbal and written.
