Product owner

Job information

• The product owner will use agile methodologies for credit product development refinement.
• Partners closely with customers support team and Agile teams to drive the evolution of the assigned product(s).
• Acts as primary liaison between the business and Agile teams, ensuring the teams understand the vision for the products. Work closely in a hands-on style with development team including addressing daily prioritization needs, providing real-time feedback and answering questions on an ongoing basis.
• Works with Product Management to set release dates, determine when sufficient value has been delivered to release to market, understand tradeoffs between schedule, scope, and budget, and communicate this information to the organization. Employs product management practices and tactics including customer research, data and analytics, and market research.

Requirements

• 1+ years product, project management, business analysis experience or similar role.
• Understanding of product functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, Design, Engineering and other.
• Experienced working in Agile environment while using Scrum framework.
• Comfortable while having a technical conversation with engineers. Understanding   of how products are designed and developed while having quality in mind. Bonus points     for experience in web product development.
• Comfortable in building relationships and aligning with various stakeholders and other teams.
• Ability to perform in a highly dynamic work environment.
• Perfect analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Perfect written and verbal English.
