Quality Assurance Specialist

- conduct product and process quality control, carry out risk assessments;
- perform the product’s microbiology analysis, control of sterility of equipment, control on concentration of detergents and disinfectant, used in the plant;
- monitor and ensure collecting, analyzing and distributing of key quality issues;
- present the results to senior staff;
- ensure the laboratory testing of raw materials and products is carried out in a timely and accurate manner;
- maintain and calibrate of measuring equipment;
- educate the multiple employees in corrective action and food safety.

- an education within the food industry;
- thorough knowledge of laboratory work;
- experience and deep understanding of Risk Management, Good Manufacturing and Good laboratory Practices would be an advantage;
- analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
- meticulous attention to detail;
- time management and good team-working skills;
- striving for constant improvement, drive positive change in system, processes, and culture;
- working language is Lithuanian and English, both verbal and written.
