Project owner for GOTCHA!

Bored Panda is a leading publisher producing uplifting stories and videos that kill boredom at an unprecedented speed: 25 BILLION views per year on Facebook, YouTube and other social platforms. Our team consists of 400 hardworking pandas who create content for 125 million followers on more than 100 social media channels. Bored Panda was named #1 Facebook page in 2017, and Crafty Panda became #1 page in 2020.

Now we have a super exciting new opening for a new role - Project Owner for Gotcha!

You will be responsible for the YouTube project which collects millions of views.

Responsibilities:
- Own Gotcha! channel and take responsibility for KPI delivery;
- Form channel growth and content strategy;
- Analyze the environment of competitors (i.e. 123GO!, Troom Troom);
- Provide clear video briefs for the production team;
- Work consistently with the project team.

Requirements:
- Ability to generate ideas for engaging video content based on market trends;
- Creative approach and ability to make informed decisions backed up by data;
- A strong desire to develop the project;
- Strong leadership to manage a team;
- Knowledge of social networks (YouTube);
- Experience in marketing or video production field (combination of both is perfect);
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
