Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for Product Marketing Manager who will focus on bringing Sensus products to market. This role will partner closely with our product, sales, and development teams as well as with other product managers/owners, agile partners (technical leads, scrum masters, business analysts, developers, and UX designers) within teams to create or mature our digital solutions for the aviation industry and ensure these solutions exceed expectations of our customers.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience using data to determine product-market fit, develop ownable value propositions, and build customer-level messaging. In addition, the candidate will be effective in operating as a quarterback across multiple teams and disciplines to build an integrated marketing plan and adhere to timelines.

Responsibilities:

 

• Create B2B marketing plans, keeping the customer acquisition and retention methods in mind
• Maintain product launch plans and key messages, and measure their effectiveness of them
• Communicate closely with the Product Director and the sales team, offer them support, and share important updates
• Define buyer personas and identify the best opportunities for generating leads
• Work on customer segmentation/account-based marketing
• Analyze and define competitor’s sales strategies
• Rise multi-channel brand awareness and messaging
• Maintain content marketing, thought leadership, and public relations
• Create attractive content
• Build and run digital presence and referral generation, including website, social media channels, and advertising
• Manage sales
• Align sales tools and the best-fitting sales processes to the buying processes
• Create standard presentations and demo scripts
• Deliver thought-leading content via events, blogs, e-books, and other outlets

 

 

The ideal candidate would be:

 

• Experienced in digital and social network marketing
• Experienced in B2B marketing and product management
• Successful in positioning and launching different products
• A confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
• Excellent writer, with the ability to effectively reach and influence different audiences
• Able to develop and nurture trusted relationships with a variety of audiences, including clients, providers, media, industry thought leaders, peers, and subordinates
• Experienced with marketing incl. digital tools, processes, and methodologies
• A positive, collaborative, inspiring, service and team leader who is able – and willing – to successfully ideate, strategize and execute
• Willing to become an expert in IT digital solutions and aviation
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
