Process Management Consultant is responsible for leading and supporting end to end process improvement initiatives, which includes process & organisational design, process improvement, consulting & coaching, process mapping and others. This role reports into Business Process Improvement Manager and will work closely with Operations, Leaders, Project Managers, and other transformational roles to achieve goals set to this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and run process and organisational improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate structured problem-solving sessions and drive improvements from the root causes.
  • Make process design and development recommendations to standardize, improve, or redesign processes to meet business needs.
  • Facilitate design and implementation of new / improved processes to improve service delivery.
  • Create, maintain and update documentation of process maps, overviews, details, and flows.
  • Contribute in preparing supporting deliverables (e.g., documents and presentations) and supporting business management activities.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • University degree and relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of Lean / Lean Six Sigma / PMP (Project Management Professional) / PRINCE2 or similar practices.
  • Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven experience with business processes, data analysis and / or project management.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to perform other functions as required in the nature and scope of position.
