Senior Accounts Payable Associate

Job description:
• Maintains vendor records
• Processes supplier invoices
• Provides support internally and to vendors
• Performs Procure to Pay processes and tasks
• Has an understanding of accounting trends, regulatory requirements, legislation, etc.
• Researches, analyzes and resolves AP inquiries
• Reviews and analyzes AP data and reports to ensure accuracy of data, providing feedback as necessary
• Provides input to the updating or writing of policies/procedures/processes
• Performs month end and year-end financial close process

Requirements:
• University degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Excellent language skills in written and spoken English
• At least 1 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong communications skills across different cultures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
