Intrum GBS is looking for Business Analysis Team Manager responsible for enabling colleagues to support tactical and strategic decision making. Please bring intellectual curiosity with an analytical mindset.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Create an engaged team and oriented work force in order to improve the results
• Perform a full range of managerial responsibilities which may include interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing and developing employees etc.
• Establish regular communication with the team, such as 1-1 meetings, team meetings etc.
• Support continuous improvement goals in production
• Develop, support and continuously review stakeholder engagement and management
• Provide analytical support for team members
• Prepare different reports and statistics
• Own the relationship with project stakeholders to identify, model and document business, process and data requirements

About you:

• Successful track record in leading and managing teams
• Proven business analysis and problem solving skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience with SQL, SAP BO, Qlikview or Qliksense would be an advantage
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a changing environment
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Very good English language (oral and written)

Salary:

Salary from 4000 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
