Position: Marketing Operations Manager
We are looking for a professional Marketing Operations Manager to help manage the marketing team and spec-ops. This role requires organized thinking, attention to detail, a unique combination of marketing experience, project management, and communication skills.

Gross salary range: 2050-4050 eur + equity options.
We are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Manage staff, research, and develop marketing plans. You’ll track quality ratings and operations response;
- Set KPI for the marketing team: plan, monitor, and appraise job results;
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the marketing programs and territory plans to ensure the timely management and distribution of all leads created;
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce marketing systems, policies, and procedures;
- Maintain quality service by establishing work schedules and assigning employees, and providing backup;
- Establish and identify communicate timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure goals are met to stakeholders;
- Organize agency work day by day.
To thrive in this role, you have:
- 5+ years experience of marketing operations or project management experience at advertising/marketing agencies and/or in-house;
- Experience in digital marketing and project management;
- Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate marketing policies and programs to increase customer interest and demand for products and services;
- The ability to stay well organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction. You have a proven track record in getting stuff done;
- Learn quickly (nobody has perfect knowledge, especially when scaling a new product in a new field);
- Have “anything can do” attitude (we don’t know what is looking for us around the corner).
