Responsibilities:
- Recruit and activate new affiliate partners
- Manage and optimize existing affiliate partners
- Structure and incentive to drive affiliate revenue growth with the best ROI
- Manage campaign optimization and operation – creative design & performance reporting
- Troubleshoot platform pixels, UTM tags and tracking
- Manage overarching channel revenue and profitability
- Forecast and review daily, weekly and monthly performance
- Report on performance and effectively manage budget to meet business goals
Key competencies:
- Demonstrated track record of meeting & exceeding KPIs and targets
- At least one year of experience in Affiliate Marketing
- Desire to learn, grow and seek creative solutions to problems
- Superb verbal and written English skills
- Excellent logic, business development and data analytics skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and balance short and long term tradeoff
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Expertise with partner management platforms such as Cake, Tune, Affise, Everflow, is a big plus
