Responsibilities:
● Assistance in a branch establishing and related formalities.
● Administrative operations of Devexperts in Lithuania including responsibility for:
○ accounting;
○ auditing;
○ legal companies communication;
○ government authorities communication;
○ facility management relationships;
● Planning and executing following activities in accordance with the request of Engineering
and Administrative departments of the global Devexperts group:
○ hiring/relocation;
○ employees development;
○ certification.
Requirements:
● Lithuanian and English language at an advanced level.
● Experience in company/branch management.
● Hands-on experience with Lithuanian legislative, tax and other regulations essential for the
establishment and functioning of the branch.
● Hands-on experience with hiring and supervising the work of an accountant.
● Highly organized.
● Highly ethical behavior, exceptional interpersonal skills.
Considered as an Advantage
● Business development experience, networking in Fintech
● Passion for domains of capital markets/investment/trading/fintech
