My name is Gintarė Grigaitė, and I am leading the Chief Commerce Officer (CCO) Office in Telia Lietuva. This is a very important unit that acts as a liaison between Telia Lietuva and Common Product and Service (CPS) organization in Telia Company. We coordinate strategy to execution workflow, synchronize development demand and help delivery organization to reach customer and business-oriented results. Now we need to add a third angle to strengthen our core business – telco – development.

Your next challenge?
We are looking for a Head of Telco Product Commercialization to join us in Vilnius. You would take a leading position in building a solid and efficient telco product management team that would turn over 5 million euros of investment to our commercial advantage and service revenue.

5G, Voice over WiFi, VoLTE roaming, Pre-paid VoLTE, Smart WiFi and Enterprise API development – this is just a few examples of upcoming deliverables. And you would help those to be delivered smoothly.

Delays and mistakes in the area might turn to a loss of forecasted income. This has direct impact on company results. Therefore, we need a manager that knows how to deal with complex scope, synchronize, build and manage a winning telco product roadmap. And of course – get internal buy-in.

Needs for product development arise from 7 departments in a form of commercial demand, product lifecycle, Telia Company multi-country projects and enablers. Therefore, we need an expert that is eager to connect the dots and seek to take responsibility for impacting long-term company results.

This is a senior management role. Matrix team will be set of 6 local product managers. Each of these experts have their virtual team to work with. Therefore, Head of Telco Product Commercialization should know tricks how to keep matrix team effective, motivated and concentrated on business success.

We believe in quality. Thus, the role covers assessing products managers technical and soft skills and suggest individual growth plan.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Building unanimous local product managers team oriented to best customer experience and business success

  • Growing product management skillset and coordinating your team to become local product experts, trusted commerce advisors and competent delivery organization partners

  • Unifying and synchronizing telco product development roadmap

  • Negotiating with demand and delivery organizations to get greatest value on expected dates

Who are you?
Your personality:

  • Perfect communicator in complex and international environment

  • Empathetic leader that understand teams strengths / weaknesses and turns them into growth plan

  • Ardent negotiator willing to get the best value no matter what it cost

  • Keen learner willing to understand various methods, approaches and techniques

Your experience:

  • Complex roadmap management (24-36 months ahead). E.g., product domain or program management

  • Negotiation and collaboration skills (preferred with international community)

  • Team management, team competency growth

  • Telco, TM Forum framework, Scaled Agile Framework, ITIL, PMBOK, PRINCE2, process management knowledge is a huge advantage

  • Fluent English and Lithuanian (written and spoken)

We offer a monthly base salary from 5000 – 7000 Eur gross plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results.
