• Lead application development process and teams for SME Finance digital channels platform (all direct digital channels including web and mobile apps);
• Lead a cross-discipline experience design team or multiple teams to execute breakthrough digital solutions;
• Manage all projects with agile methods and own the backlog of digital channels area;
• Manage multiple work streams with varying timelines and complexity with authority and passion;
• Responsible for overall service delivery level and business satisfaction along with the IT delivery for service areas;
• Coordinate internal stakeholders with internal and external IT service providers;
• Be a doer with an entrepreneurial attitude and passion for innovative solutions and great customer experiences;
• Accountable for the effective utilization of resources;
• Be the voice of the customer and a champion for world-class brand experiences.

• Extensive experience in successful Team management/leadership experience;
• Extensive experience of leading digital channels in banking or Fintech industry;
• SCRUM and Agile knowledge / experience;
• PMP certificate would be an advantage;
• Service oriented with high delivery ambition;
• A deep knowledge of the Design Thinking methodology and experience leading teams through the process of investigation, ideation and implementation;
• Thorough understanding of interaction design, site architecture, and designing intuitive user interfaces and navigation;

Education:
• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.
