We are looking for candidates that have a long-term interest and past experience in end user support and system administration with Windows technologies. Previous experience and responsibility for operations and maintenance of an office infrastructure environment highly beneficial.
Requirements
- Appropriate IT related degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience in networking (switching/routing, firewalls, VPN, Wireless AP)
- 4+ years experience in administering Windows-based servers
- Knowledge/experience with either VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V
- Good technical documentation skills
- Experience with supporting end users
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and Office 365
- Fluent English, both written and verbal
- Enthusiastic, hard-working, motivated person with excellent communication skills and a sense of humour
- Considered as an advantage: Familiarity with PCI-DSS; Knowledge/experience with AWS or Azure; Experience with MAC OS X; Technology certificates.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain normal office operations from IT perspective
- Provide direct end-user support, including onboarding new starters
- Maintain strict inventory and documentation of all assets and systems
- Manage contracts and communication with service and equipment IT suppliers
- Maintain information security and propagate best practices around it
- Work with third-party vendors on completing projects effectively
- Perform regular patching and patch management activities
- Administer user workstations, printers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs as needed
- Manage Office 365 environment, Azure AD
- Manage office physical access control system
- Maintain the office networks and connectivity, security updates and patches
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve problems

Salary:
Salary depends on your experience , starting gross salary from 1500 eur/month and could be negotiated during the interview.
