WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Acting as the first point of contact in assisting internal users with software, and troubleshooting issues
- Dedicatedly look for solutions to problems and propose improvements if something could work better.
- Maintain clear, concise, and positive communication for all cases in a timely and efficient manner including follow-ups with internal customers, team members, and engineers
- Have a high degree of autonomy
- Work with people and teams who have a getting thing done attitude
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of Technical Support or Customer Service preferred for large-scale production systems
- Excellent communication (both oral, written, and interpersonal) and customer service skills are a must
- Ability to handle high volume of tickets, phone calls, and chats
