Head of CRO

We're looking for an experienced CRO professional, who will help us grow the conversion rate of our websites at least 2x. Our team of marketing professionals is already driving tens of millions of sessions to Hostinger every month and we are looking for the person who could guide our potential clients through the conversion funnel starting with them landing on our website and finishing with them making a purchase. - Own user experience on all Hostinger websites;
- Work directly with other heads of departments as a team;
- Directly contribute to Hostinger growth by converting our traffic better;
- Build and scale CRO workflows and processes;
- Ideate and execute high number of various tests;
- Build and lead your own team of CRO, UX, Copywriting, Design, Analytics;

- Great communication and leadership skills;
- Proven track-record in CRO;
- Great analytical and user research skills: ability to understand different types of audiences in order to hypothesize and execute winning value delivery optimization initiatives;
- Curiosity and courage to operate in high-speed and high-uncertainty environment;
