To reach the ultimate success we are looking for a Marketing Project Manager who will be working with our marketing team lead. In this role, you will be in charge of communicating with multiple marketing teams, administrating daily tasks and in general ensuring that the team's projects are running smoothly.

Requirements
- Marketing operations or program management experience at an advertising/marketing agency and/or in-house at a tech, consumer finance or innovative, fast-paced consumer brand;
- The ability to stay well organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction. You have a proven track record in getting stuff done;
- A passion for details: proactively managing calendars and seeking out information;
- A reputation for developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional internal and external relationships;
- Ability to communicate with and give direction to designers, freelancers, agencies and other cross-functional partners;
- Learn quickly (nobody has perfect knowledge, especially when scaling new product in new field);
- Have “anything can do” attitude (we don’t know what is looking for us around the corner).

What will you do:

- Working with the marketing team lead creating a marketing strategy and mapping out the tasks needed to implement that strategy;
- Collaborating with all marketing teams, gathering their needs, and ensuring a smooth creation of advertising content for daily tasks and campaigns - including content calendar, timeline scheduling and etc;
- Composing and posting online content on the company’s social media accounts, taking care of the comments and reviews portals;
- Managing Zyro brand's presence online and in social media;
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
