RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Retention team with the focus to maintain customers
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base
- Organize, execute and control of the sales process
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
- Participate in the recruiting, onboarding and coaching of new sales executives
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
- Improve the efficiency of all sales-related processes and pricing management
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of experience in a leading strategic position (financial market would be an advantage)
- Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills
- Superb leadership ability
- Proactive approach to problem solving and understanding of different business models
- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Independent, self-motivated, results-driven and hands-on approach
- Knowledge of consumer credit regulatory environment (would be considered as big advantage)
