Sales Operations Specialist

We have an entry level role open in our Sales Operations Team!

As a Sales Operations Account manager at 1ClickFactory, you will play a critical role in providing back-office support and nurturing long-lasting partnerships with our local sales organization around the world to help us grow the 1ClickFactory business.

You will be part of a team that is in the center of supporting global sales organization in their work with Microsoft partners across the world. You will serve as the glue between sales, service and delivery organizations in 1ClickFactory. You will provide operational support on opportunities, deliver consulting on 1ClickFactory services by facilitating problem resolution as well as preparing sales documentation. You will also be responsible for supporting new business development opportunities and initiatives in the assigned regions.

What we expect from you:

• 1+ years of experience in business administration / business operations
• Good understanding of sales operations or other operational work
• Excellent proficiency in English (both written & spoken)
• Understanding/experience in sales operations
• Flair for understanding technical IT services
• Strong relationship building and organizational skills
• Eye for detail
• Ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics products would be an advantage
