Main responsibilities:

Management of people

Make your Site work optimally
Ensure the retention and development of mainly core employees and all of the site employees
Attract qualified employees and develop your organization

Corporate and production management

Management of the Site: develop and make sure it works efficiently
Carry out production to agreed requirements for quality, delivery time, price and other KPI
Preparation and implementation of vision plans, strategy plans, business plans, KPI and budgets
Maintenance and development of management systems and certifications according ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
Ensure the correct implementation of development tasks in cooperation with headquarter
Ensure efficient quality follow-up on incoming raw materials
Ensure acquisition and maintenance of process equipment
Develop certified quality and environmental management system according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and group mission, vision, strategy and established core processes
Participate in innovation activities, including development of new products and introduction of new technologies
Prepare board information and monthly reports for head office

Requirements for professional competences:

Higher technical education (production, engineer, other relevant)
Minimum 5-10 years of management experience in production
Work experience from international production company.
Practical and theoretical experience with ISO 9001 and preferably ISO 14001
Generic knowledge of production optimization
Good English skills
