JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Scale initiatives from ideas through to fully approved business cases ready for implementation in different markets
• Bring global e-commerce automation trends to organisation and spark the discussion on further vision in running e-grocery operations
• Continuously keep the focus on improvement of operations’ efficiency and delivery processes and build a roadmap for future transformation
• Provide project management when required to implement a strategic initiative
• Become the senior management right-hand and take leadership in enhancing innovation and creativity throughout organization
REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 5 years in warehouse management, supply chain, or logistics environments
• Experience in retail industries, strategy/operations’ consulting or technology companies will be an advantage
• Track record of success in building new operational processes or implementing new solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ownership mentality and get things done approach
• Effective analytical skills and creativity (to analyse data and make decisions based on facts)
• Goal-oriented and commercially-minded approach
• Self-driven personality with strong problem-solving skills
• Fluent English and Lithuanian
