Better requires process, discipline and simplification

You'll work closely with global leaders, managers and subject matter experts to set priorities, align projects to strategic objectives, and ensure training materials are effective, current, and relevant.

Your main objectives will be to:

• Working closely with subject matter experts to identify the target audience's online training needs

• Analyse collected feedback from stakeholders to determine the best online learning solution

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content

• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, games, etc)

• Analyse and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design

• Manage the end-to-end process of multiple instructional design projects, perform continuous evaluations on the courses and seek a way to improve the training for its audience

• Work with stakeholders and other groups to implement the training via Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Here are some skills, attributes and qualifications you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or previous working experience in instructional design or training and development for 2+ years

• Proficiency in course development software (Articulate Storyline 360)

• Experience in using graphics/video creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite)

• Experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), specifically uploading, testing, and troubleshooting content

• Understanding of technology and best practices in the e-learning field

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization

The annual gross base salary is from 23,904 - 39,755 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident, and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
