CAD/DESIGN ENGINEER

For the past 2 years, Ars Ingenii is designing and developing an innovative FMCG concept, which consists of a software solution, micro-fulfillment center and automated supply chain. By now we have  raised more than 3 million EUR from several venture capital funds.

If you are tired from monotonous projects with the same old results and you aspire to work with technology that can be seen in LOGIMAT, CEMAT or other INDUSTRY 4.0 conferences – this is a position for you. We are looking for a CAD/DESIGN ENGINEER, whose main mission will be to design various automation systems and mechatronics solutions by partnering with industry leaders from the Netherlands, Germany & Sweden.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and systemize all information required for a solution; 

• Assist the Lead engineer in creating layout and design;

• Creation of specifications, requirement documents for nonstandard solution; 

• Actively communicate with partners and other stakeholders; 

• Work with SolidWorks, AutoCad to prepare necessary documentation for a manufacturing process; 

• Ensure that the design is feasible and complies safety requirements; 

• Work with suppliers by ensuring product quality and on time delivery;

REQUIREMENTS

• Education in Mechanical Engineering or related relevant discipline;

•  5+ years of experience in an Industry design;

• at least 2 years of expierence in mechatronics field (preferably with automated material handling solutions);

• Can easily produce mechanical drawings (parts, weldments, assemblies);

• Previously used CAD tools (SolidWorks, Autocad);

• An advanced understanding of dynamics of engineering mechanics;

• Ability to work in an R&D work environment;

• Strong personality with the ability to stand the position and negotiate;

• Results-oriented team player who can confidently lead the project with a “hands-on” approach;

• Creative problem solving and can-do approach;
