Are you interested in Risk management, designing and adapting the internal regulatory framework and keeping it in order?

With us you have the opportunity to:

• Implement, adapt and monitor and Swedbank Group's internal regulatory requirements in our company by aligning and updating internal regulatory procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Baltic States, by finding efficiencies and synergies in internal regulatory framework.
• Monitor outsourced functions and internal operational risk indicators.
• Carry out risk assessments, business continuity of our company and pension funds in hand with compliance manager.

What you need in this role:

• Previous experience in working with regulatory framework, either developing them or practically implementing and improving them in the company.
• Previous experience working in the legal, compliance or risk area in financial sector.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, economics or finance.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate their cooperation with Baltic colleagues.
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (both speaking and writing).
