Job description:
- Provide employees with primary IT support in the company;
- Install and configure software;
- Set up accounts and workstations;
- Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring;
- Ordering of equipment, software and services;
- Maintaining and tracking the IT inventory.
Requirments:
- Experience as a System Administrator or similar role;
- Good communication skills;
- Proficiency in English, both speaking and writing;
- Microsoft 365, AD applications skills;
- Ability to solve problems in stressful situations.
