As Employer Branding Specialist you will be responsible for building, planning and implementing the overall employer branding strategy for Coherent Solutions in Lithuania. You will also oversee different marketing channels, measure and manage online content, plan and manage a content for company’s website and social media, and lead branding campaigns. You will also help with internal and external communication, and support the team on various corporate events. You will work closely with Country Manager, Recruitment team as well as with global Marketing team to increase company’s employer brand awareness in the market.

- have a proven work experience in marketing, communication or similar field.
- have good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
- have previous experience in content creation.
can demonstrate strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objectives.
- have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
- are great communicator and have a good network in the industry.
are fluent in English.
- have a degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field.
