Better requires process discipline and simplification

Western Union is looking for a UX/UI Expert that would help us significantly improve the way we serve our customers through the multitude of channels that we support.

The role will be responsible for creating an optimal desktop user experience for Western Union's Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) so they can serve our customers better. The role will be centered around the CSR Desktop and the applications they use to support the Western Union business. The role will have, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement new designs.

  • Optimize existing user interface designs.

  • Test for intuition and experience.

  • Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions.

  • Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.

  • Create prototypes for new product ideas.

  • Test new ideas before implementing.

  • Conduct ongoing user research.

The annual gross base salary is from 33,727- 64,552 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
