Team Leader (accounting experience)

Intrum GBS Finance & Accounting unit is globalizing Finance processes within all Intrum countries. This department provides various services from Accounts Payable, month end closing to Financial and Business controlling etc. Our teams are constantly growing and creating new opportunities. • Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage performance of the team (KPI tracking, 1on1, feedback, training)
• Manage team members' workload, ensure deadlines are met
• Manage different types tasks related to AP or AR field
• Analyze and initiate systems and processes improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide quality and timely services

About you:

• Experience in financial sector
• Proven supervisory experience
• Good knowledge of English
• Good communication, problem solving, analytical and planning skills
• Experience in Shared Service Center environment would be an advantage

Salary:

From 1700-2500 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
