NORWEGIAN SPEAKING FINANCE PROCESS SPECIALIST

We are looking for a collaborative, structured and motivated Norwegian speaking person to join Pension Claims team.

Pension Claims team is working with Norwegian clients and is responsible for processing tasks of Retirement, Disability and Death Claims. Daily responsibilities also require document and email handling, written client communication and other small administration tasks.  

• Processing, solving and working with various pension claim tasks and payments to end clients in Norway
• Ensure claim tasks are processed correctly and in a timely manner
• Ensure process guidelines are followed and updated
• Communicating with peers, other teams and the client effectively in order to solve problems promptly and ensure good customer service
• Meeting individual productivity and quality targets
• Providing reports, statistics and updates related to own area of work
• Proactively engaging in process improvement projects in order to increase personal and collective processing efficiency

• Good Norwegian and English language skills (B1 or above)
• Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM) and/ or automation tools including but not limited to Autohotkey, UiPath, would be an advantage
• High level of accuracy and attention to details
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Wish to work in multicultural company and communicate with different cultures
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly and be proactive
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in fast changing environment
