This position is an exciting opportunity to join the Arxan division of Digital.ai. We are an application security industry leader with a diverse product line specializing in protecting the client-side applications. Our products put security into apps so that they can defend themselves from being attacked.

What You Will Be Doing

The ideal candidate would be able to drive the product’s strategy, partner with R&D to deliver new Application Protection solutions, collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute go to market strategies, engage with customers, act as a thought leader at the industry level, evangelizing the products and product strategy both internally and externally. You will be involved with the Application Protection features throughout all stages of lifecycle (conception, definition, development, release, and post-release activities), managing strategic planning, feature selection and tactical activities.

Key Responsibilities

• You will develop, lead, and communicate product roadmap to customers, prospects and all internal key team members
• Deliver a best in class product by understanding customer needs and the threat landscape to detect and prevent advanced attacks
• You will collaborate with engineering teams to deliver a best in class product and then collaborate with Product Marketing and Go To Market to translate technical features into easy to consume messaging and collateral to support sales and field marketing teams
• Feature prioritization and trade off decision making
• Market and customer analysis, requirements development, business case, collateral, product strategy, and product positioning
• Ability to work effectively with all areas of the organization, from engineering to sales
• Customer engagement and relationship development for executive briefings, product evangelism, and requirements gathering
• You will analyze competitors, synthesize & document information and enable sales teams
• You will collaborate with a broader cross-functional team to drive sales and eliminate any sales friction and delight the customer

What We Are Looking For

• BS/MS in Computer Science, other engineering/technical degree
• MBA is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years in product management or technical expertise in the cloud or networking space required
• Domain expertise in cybersecurity, application security, cryptography and data security, enterprise, and mobile applications highly desirable
• Strong desire to take ownership of the full product life cycle
• Drive to design something new, innovative, and disruptive
• Hands-on nature with very strong interest in new technology products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent people and team collaboration skills with ability to work in challenging customer situations
• Demonstrable track record of success
• Work with threat research and engineering to design and build new security capabilities
• Coordinate and drive feature prioritization and tradeoffs; working closely with customers, threat researchers, engineers, to deliver the right capabilities at the right time to defeat the adversary
• Competitive intelligence with ability to keep track of multiple competitors simultaneously
• Passionate about learning new technologies, experiment with products and contribute cross-functionally
