Strategic Staffing Solutions International client Girteka Logistics, the biggest European FTL (Full Truck Load) transportation company, is partnering with SAP to become leading digital trucking company. Here at Girteka Logistics, we seek excellence in everything we do, so we’re looking for motivated candidates to work with automation projects, the new and innovative way to develop process flow-based applications for business.

We are finishing Analysis phase and will be moving into Realization in 2022 Feb and looking for a motivated and experienced Delivery Leads (3 in total), who would drive and manage cross-functional team(s) to ensure that everything required to deliver Project on-time and in quality is in place. We have already established teams, working with experienced implementation partner. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

You will:

Facilitate Scrum teams in their day to day activities
Coach teams on best Agile delivery practices
Align delivery dependencies between different delivery teams
Ensure on time/scope/cost delivery
Interact with different stakeholders and contribute to continuously improving the way of working.
Requirements
Proven experience managing IT delivery teams
Proven experience working with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
Experience working in SAP Implementation project environment is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English, spoken and written
Spoken Russian language is a big advantage.
