Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in PMO or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, performance measurement and metrics.
• Proven analytical ability, particularly for project reporting, and presenting data.
• Experience working in ERP Implementation project environment is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in working with large projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English skills. Russian skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Support project planning and reporting across Project workstreams.
• Oversee the delivery cycle to make sure that project stays on time, within budget and within scope.
• Conduct RAID reviews, support Project changes assessments, ensure appropriate escalation and reporting.
• Shape Project governance standards and perform quality control.
• Ensure compliance with the Project and Programme governance using appropriate tools (e.g. Confluence, other project management tools).
• Track status of project deliverables and milestones.
• Update and maintain relevant project documents to reflect agreed changes and ensure traceability.
• Provide insights and advice on potential improvements in project and programme governance.
• Other PMO activities.
