Job description
At Bankera, we do our best to ensure that our customers enjoy smooth and reliable experience from the first steps of onboarding and continue the same journey throughout the cycle of using our products. We are looking for an addition to our Business development team to help us deliver the best onboarding experience possible for our corporate customers, as well as take care of maintaining the relationship afterwards. Business relationship manager will have a possibility to join our team in Vilnius or Kaunas offices.
You should find it interesting to:
- Maintain a professional and attentive contact with demanding corporate customer
- Facilitate smooth and fast onboarding process for corporate customers
- Handle communication with customers regarding their queries and our requests
- Ensure excellent customer experience
- Reach out and respond to customers all over the world in English
- Manage corporate customers’ data to make sure it is correct at all times
Skills to succeed in this position
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Positive, polite, and proactive attitude
- Extremely good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to changes in the situation
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English. Russian language is considered as an advantage
- University education is a plus but could be a final year student as well
