DESCRIPTION

We are Ruptela – a successful and continuously growing technology company. We provide fleet management solutions based on GPS tracking and real-time vehicle monitoring and control.Our company has more than 250 employees: about 180 are based in Vilnius, more than 20 in Kaunas, and we also have teams in the USA, Middle East, and Europe. We are international, and it is not just a buzz word – our team speaks 15 languages, and our clients are from almost any country you can imagine (127 in total).

Currently I am looking for a Global Recruiter, who will be fully responsible for the recruitment strategy and its implementation.

YOUR KEY ROLES WILL BE:

  • Create and implement a recruitment strategy for global expansion (Lithuania, Germany, Netherlands, Poland etc.)
  • Screening and conducting primary interviews with candidates
  • Organizing interviews with hiring managers, taking part in evaluation of professional competencies and soft skills
  • Continuously improve the quality of the recruitment process
  • Stakeholder management and partnership with hiring managers to deliver the best result in the recruitment process
  • Propose various ideas on how to attract qualified candidates and to expand talent portfolio effectively
  • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Successful recruitment experience (at least 2 years)
  • You can identify and prioritize tasks and finishing them brings you great satisfaction
  • You can speak and communicate with colleagues in fluent English (Russian would be an advantage)
  • Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic organization would be an advantage
  • We are expecting from you pro-activeness, hands-on attitude
  • If you have experience in other HR processes we would consider it as a great advantage
