OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day EMI's operations, oversee organizational and personnel arrangements;
- Take overall responsibility to fulfill all regulatory and legal requirements and thereby ensure full compliance to Lithuanian laws;
- Ensure provider management of local outsourced functions on an operational level;
- Manage the outsourcing contracts including personal data protection services and payroll administration services;
RESPONSIBILITIES RELATED TO AUDIT, RISK, AND COMPLIANCE:
- Implement and ensure compliance with the local and internal rules of Qundo;
- Monitor legislative changes and requirements by local supervisory authorities having an impact on the operation of Qundo, including the initiation of their eventual transposition into Qundo‘s regulatory base;
- Coordinate control and audit activities as the primary contact person with the possibility to delegate partial activities;
- Fulfill the functions of the statutory representative of the license;
- Coordinate crisis management at the EMI in accordance with the Business Continuity Management and the Disaster Recovery plan of Qundo;
BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the performance of Qundo‘s business strategy on the Lithuanian market;
- Fulfill the EMI's business goals and goals related to the client service, acquiring new clients, maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients;
- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen business relations on the Lithuanian market;
- Apply the principles of business policy, knowledge, and fulfillment of Qundo‘s strategy within the job position;
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in running a financial services organization with the size and complexity of Qundo;
- Solid experience in handling and dealing with regulators with respective communication skills;
- Good knowledge of financial services in the area of payments products, payments & banking infrastructure, and account management;
- Good and trustful communication with clients, employees, regulators, and Qundo Management and Shareholders;
- Used to work in an independent and remote manner;
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian language (both in oral and written);
