JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implementing and developing HR strategies and objectives in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia;
  • Developing HR processes, procedures, policies;
  • Leading and updating recruitment management strategy and talent development processes in the organization;
  • Incorporating corporate values and culture in all people management processes via internal communication;
  • Planning and managing budget, measuring and analysing results;
  • Providing performance management guidance to line management, developing strong understanding of HR processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree (management or human resources would be an advantage);
  • +5 years working experience in HR practices, policies and procedures as a leading manager;
  • Responsibility, thoroughness, creativity;
  • English and Lithuanian languages professional working proficiency as a must;
  • Computer literacy: MS Office skills;
  • Driving license, availability to go on business trips to Latvia and Estonia.
