JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementing and developing HR strategies and objectives in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia;
- Developing HR processes, procedures, policies;
- Leading and updating recruitment management strategy and talent development processes in the organization;
- Incorporating corporate values and culture in all people management processes via internal communication;
- Planning and managing budget, measuring and analysing results;
- Providing performance management guidance to line management, developing strong understanding of HR processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree (management or human resources would be an advantage);
- +5 years working experience in HR practices, policies and procedures as a leading manager;
- Responsibility, thoroughness, creativity;
- English and Lithuanian languages professional working proficiency as a must;
- Computer literacy: MS Office skills;
- Driving license, availability to go on business trips to Latvia and Estonia.
