Business Development Executive

Our Client - Baltic Amadeus is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team and focus on export markets. As Baltic Amadeus is constantly growing and expanding into new markets, they are looking for a passionate sales professional. This role plays a crucial part in growth strategy and will be a front face of organization engaging new potential clients. If you are an experienced Sales professional with the ability to see the big-picture, hands-on proactive approach and nice complexity we have the perfect place for you to grow further!

• Create business opportunities using every possible channel (email campaigns, network, events, etc.)
• Participate in industry events both online and offline to generate leads
• Establish and foster connections with various potential partners (other software vendors, business incubators, local IT associations, and similar)

• Proven ability to generate business opportunities
• Demonstrated track record of closing new business using a consultative and collaborative multi-discipline team approach.
• Solid IT background and hands-on Agile / Scrum practice
• Fluent in English (Advantage - Norwegian, Swedish, German languages)
• Proactive attitude and passion for improvement in everything you do
