YOUR MISSION
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager for Baltic countries the position is based in Lithuania. Guided by the Ferring Philosophy and our Leadership Principles, the key purpose of this role will be to build professional relationship with Health care professionals (HCP’s) in Lithuania, and to present and inform them about the company products in order to drive market share growth and achieve sales targets for designated products.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Visit HCP’s and, if necessary, Health Authorities to deliver scientific information on assigned products according to the marketing strategy with the frequency agreed. Build up and maintain excellent relationship with HCP’s;
• To know and regularly visit the key opinion leaders and high potential customers for designed therapeutical area in Lithuania;
• Demonstrates the ability to deliver quality presentations and facilitate meetings with HCP’s and other stakeholders;
• Participate and organize events, conferences, lectures;
• Show assertive and consultative selling skills depending on customer profile;
• Be responsible for sales delivery for assigned products in line with approved target;
• Responsible for A&P budget for promotional products;
• Design and adopt international marketing strategy to local market; develop and implement marketing plans for all assigned products;
• Obtain information from the market about the doctors concerns on our products, possible public tenders, new launches of competitors. Advise in the decision price proposal in public tenders;
• Demonstrate good negotiation skills with the stakeholders on the conditions of purchases of our products;
• Support in market access, pricing, reimbursement;
• Have good knowledges about local legal regulations & requirements;
• Effectively communicates with cross functional teams;
• Represent Ferring in Lithuania to all stakeholders always in line with company ethics and compliance standards and S&Ops;
• To prepare, fill, monitor the field activities regularly to the available system.
