We are looking for a super-star Customer Onboarding/KYC Specialist to join us in AML Operations.

What you'll do:
• Review customer onboarding cases, documents and perform Know-Your-Customer (KYC) (CDD/EDD) reviews for new and existing customers;
• Perform sanctions and PEP screening related tasks on customer level for new and existing clients;
• Cary out adverse media search and apply risk-based approach when analyzing customer profiles and evaluating customer risk level;
• Identify and report detected ML/TF and compliance risks to MLRO and higher management;
• Perform data analysis tasks and assessments on AML/CTF risks to ensure compliance with the AML and KYC requirements.
• Participate in process improvements projects and tasks and perform other activities assigned by AML Team lead / Head of AML
• Proactively collaborate and support colleagues from AML and other departments

What we require:
• Work Experience in AML / KYC area in financial institution of at least 1 year
• Attention to detail, with a methodical and organized approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to comfortably handle change and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to self-motivate and learn fast
