Here at Oxylabs, you will do meaningful product design work that's driving real change in the industry.
Each product designer works in a squad with product managers and engineers, and some also work directly with research and analytics. Together we own a part of the product, challenge problems, and ship solutions to get feedback directly from customers.
Together, under the designer chapter, we share knowledge, give each other feedback on our daily challenges, and work as a team in design workshops.

What You Will Do:
- Contribute to designing and building analytical layer on top of our datasets by working in an agile Data analytics track with data engineers and developers;
- Explore multitude of rich alternative business datasets and help discover trends or extract most valuable and actionable insights for our end business customers;
- Support Product team and their experimentation efforts by helping build and validate prototype datasets at high-velocity and directly contribute to opening new revenue streams;
- Conduct on-demand custom analysis from our broad data to support the needs of our business and internal teams;
- Shape the future of our data and analytical products by providing skills, expertise, insights, and suggestions for various improvements.
What We Expect:
- 2+ years of previous experience in analytical role;
- Proven ability to discover trends and extract actionable insights from data that deliver business value;
- Excellent skills manipulating and preparing big data using SQL;
- Skilled in visualizing most prominent trends and findings from data in a readable form;
- Structural thinking and ability to clearly express oneself and align with different stakeholders;
- Ability to effectively cooperate and enable others to reach common objectives;
- Attention to details and propensity to dig into deeper layers of any matter to inspire potential improvements;
- Knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python - amazing, R- good as well).
Nice to have:
- Prior experience in an investment, finance or related field is a big advantage or at least general interest in investing, even if it’s retail investment;
- Prior experience with data modeling;
- Previous experience working in the same team with data engineers;
- Business acumen and general commercial awareness how insights can convert to value and, in turn, unlock new revenue and business growth;
- Excellent written and spoken English.
