What You Will Do:
- Co-own the product front-end roadmap, together with the Product Owner;
- Work on identifying architectural improvements in the existing product front-end codebase, to define them as features, refine, plan and lead the team in delivering them with hands-on coding and testing for our dashboard product;
- Work on introducing and building front-end A/B experiments;
- Help CRO (conversion rate optimization) and marketing teams with tracking events and creating conversion funnels;
- Ensure the front-end codebase is constantly at its highest possible standards;
- Apply Agile and Lean principles in your work.
What We Expect:
- Strong expertise in Frontend Web Based application development with a deep understanding of performance improvement techniques;
- Professional 3+ years of experience with ReactJs or another modern JavaScript web framework (Angular, Ember, VueJs, etc);
- Professional 3+ years of experience with Typescript;
- Professional 3+ years of experience with ES6+ standards;
- Professional 3+ years of experience with front-end testing methodologies (Unit, Integration, E2E, happy-path);
- Experience using Git in a professional/workplace environment;
- A solid understanding of semantic HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript concepts;
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal;
- Comfort working in a highly agile software development process.
