PayRay Bank is an innovative financial institution that applies Fintech principles in its activities and expanding its financial services in Lithuania and abroad. Core business of PayRay is Factoring, Loans and Leasing for companies. We also accept deposits.
Demonstrating great results and a constantly expanding business, we are looking for the Operations Specialists to manage reports for the third parties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare various reports for the third parties (EaSI, EGF, Invega, ŽŪPGF, etc.) under financing agreements (Factoring / Loans / Leasing or other financing products);
- Ensure the supervision of the fluent reporting according to EaSI, EGF, Invega, ŽŪPGF programmes and the monitoring under bank procedures;
- Communicate with the colleagues and the third parties regarding the products reporting;
- Collect needed documents and prepare answers to the internal and external audit;
- Contribute to the development of new functionalities of systems regarding fluent reporting for the third parties;
- Help to ensure compliance with the "Know the customer" and "Money laundering prevention" procedures in the company's activities.
Requirements:
- Education in Accounting / Finance / Economics or other business-related area;
- Good knowledge of English and Lithuanian (written and spoken) and MS Excel skills;
- Experience in preparation of reports / well known of EaSI, EGF, Invega, ŽŪPGF programmes would be an advantage;
- Experience in Factoring, Loans, Leasing or other financing products would be an advantage;
- Diligence, attention to detail, self-directed, organized and efficient at time management;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
