At the moment we are looking for an enthusiastic and curious Marketing and communication Manager to join our talented team.
The Marketing and communication Manager works in partnership with various departments across the entire organization and supports developing, producing, and delivering high-quality communication in and outside the organization.

- Developing and executing marketing strategy and projects (exhibitions, events, webinars, etc.) for the company
- Create and proofread clear and consistent written content (website, blog posts, Creating, implementing, and managing marketing communications activities to strengthen product awareness and brand identity for lead generation and sales
- Finding and deploying other channels to promote Ruptela and our products
- Cooperate with partners (digital agencies, freelancers, developers’ agencies, and others)
- Manage internal communication that drives employee engagement through various channels and formats
- Working closely with the Sales and Product teams to maximize the value that our solution delivers to the customers

- 2+ years of experience working in a similar role
- Degree in marketing, communication, or any other relevant field
- General understanding of digital marketing
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and analytical mindset
- Curious and up to date with various social media and marketing trends, who gets inspiration from unconventional channels
- Fluency in English written and spoken
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders with different points of view and drive consensus
- Ability to manage work, organize information, and deliver on deadlines, particularly while working on multiple projects simultaneously
