Job description
Pernod Ricard Lithuania is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join a team of passionate, positive and hard-working people. In this role, you will manage some of the biggest spirits and wine brands in the world – Ballantine’s, Chivas, Martell, G.H., and many more!
The Marketing team consists of 2 Brand Managers and 1 Marketing Manager. The team is closely collaborating and communicating with the sales, logistics, finance teams and brand owners to achieve the set target for the brands.
Main responsibilities:
- Keep track of business environment dynamics, consumer insights, and key trends in the Spirits industry;
- Lead brand-building initiatives with consumer-centric focus, creativity, and excellence in execution;
- Analyze competitors’ performance and market trends to provide recommendations for brand development;
- Brand and portfolio management, developing annual brand plans and delivering on key brand strategies in collaboration with Brand Owners, agencies, and other stakeholders;
- Set KPIs and evaluate marketing activities to identify best practices or propose corrective actions;
- Influence and align with Sales and Operation teams on strategies and projects to reach the targets;
- Manage brand budgets with close monitoring of performance;
- Act as Ambassador for the brands under your responsibility.
Requirements
- 3-4 years’ experience in similar positions in FMCG, Luxury goods industry, or similar;
- Experience in strategic planning, portfolio, and brand management;
- Experience in experiential marketing, events & project management;
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Communication or similar;
- Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills;
- Previous experience in the Wine & Spirits industry (considered an advantage).
