Application specialist for Oracle HR systems

• Develop as a professional together with highly skilled and experienced agile IT team;
• Learn new details about Oracle HR and Payroll systems’ lifecycle (Oracle eBS and HCM Cloud);
• Solve customers’ technical problems and improve the system quality together with analysts and developers;
• Work alongside with HR and Payroll business units and help them to deliver high quality service to Swedbank’s employees;
• Conduct IT testing of development increments and organize business acceptance testing;
• Contribute to IT release preparations;

What is needed in this role:

• Readiness to learn new skills and open mindset;
• Having a customer centric and solution oriented mindset;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Business or a great reason for not having one;
• Demonstrated interest in IT systems’ maintenance;
• Ability to act as a middleman between business users and agile team;
• Work as a team player with continuous improvement mindset;
• Cope with stressful situations where time is critical and multi-tasking is inevitable;
• Experience in working with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle HCM Cloud system is an advantage;
• Good written and spoken English;
• Knowledge about HR business processes is an advantage.
