We'll be looking for you to work within Operations department supporting our agents.

Here are the main responsibilities for the role:

  • Validate and execute Agent`s contract (new and renewal) for completeness and accuracy according to contract compliance and legal requirements

  • Validate and execute Agent`s maintenance for completeness and accuracy according to requirements provided by money service license holder

  • Provide back-office support to Sales people on the field

  • Provide back-office support to other WU departments as well as deliver high quality and productivity results that meet or exceed functional targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience

  • Coordinate Agent enrollment process with various functions based globally

  • Create and activate Agent accounts in multiple WU databases

  • Provide life-cycle support for active Agents network while updating and maintaining data in WU databases

  • Handling and resolving complex escalations from business partners and teammates

  • Create Ad Hoc reports for business partners, senior management and/or other departments

  • Participate in cross functional project teams as subject matter expert and Support team leader in managerial and administrative stuff

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  • Higher education or equivalent experience is preferred

The monthly gross base salary range is 1083 – 1700 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
