QA Engineer

Main responsibilities:
• Design test plans, cases, scenarios, scripts, and procedures
• Report and document technical issues, report bugs and errors to development teams
• Perform manual Functional, Regression and Exploratory testing (Web)
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Effectively collaborate with team members to achieve the best results
• Participation in grooming sessions, planning sessions and retrospectives

• Experience in testing within Agile/DevOps environment.
• Understanding of full software development life cycle.
• Good understanding of testing methodologies (ISTQB certificate is a plus).
• Ability to do some simple Java coding is a plus.
• Experience in Test automation is a plus.
• Experience in Banking or Insurance Industry is a plus.
• An open and proactive communication style.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, any of the Nordic languages is anadvantage.
• Ability to travel on short-term basis (Continental Europe).
